Our story
CrashFIX at Williamson on 26th opened on E 26th St over 55 years ago, and we've been fixing Indianapolis vehicles from the same shop ever since. The plan was simple: quote before you start, fix what's actually broken, and refinish so the repair disappears. It turned out central Indiana drivers were ready for that — and they kept coming back.
Today we handle everything from a parking-lot dent to full collision reconstruction, frame straightening, paint refinishing, and rust repair — all under one roof on the east side. The same owner still answers the phone, and the same standard still applies: the work is done right or it isn't done.
How we work
Every repair starts with a real assessment, not a guess. We inspect the visible damage and check for the hidden damage underneath — structural shift, mechanical impact, corrosion. You see a written estimate before any wrench turns. If something's borderline, we tell you it's borderline and give you both options in plain English.
